Active in industry-specific organizations, Cheryl has been highly involved in legislative issues and governmental negotiations directed toward fair and equitable changes for the client industries she represents.

His strong background in taxes and accounting, coupled with his management experience of over 35 years in a wide variety of small businesses make him the ideal candidate to oversee all aspects of a company’s financial operations. As the second most important executive in a company he is the confidant and trusted advisor of the president, owner or CEO.

Mark has had 20 years of experience as principal in Florida and as partner in North Carolina of an accounting firm providing small to mid size companies with a complete range of tax and accounting services.

Mark has served as CEO of businesses in such diverse industries as hospitality, real estate brokerage, real estate development, property management and financial services. As CEO of these enterprises, he has been exposed to all aspects of managing a business including securing capital.

Mark has an MBA in Finance.
